Week 15 (Quiz 12) + Final Exam Information

Keep your focus and finish the semester strong!Quiz 12 Information: Quiz 12 will be similar to Quiz 10 and Quiz 5 (the other preexam quizzes).+1: 5.1 lecture handin (Monday)+4: Attempt the practice final from SS18.+5: Complete Course Summary (see below).Course Summary Directions: On a single piece of paper (front and backlimiting your space will help you summarize), write (a) each section number, (b) a short summary in your own words, and (c) 1 problem that is a good final exam question from that section (not too hard, not too easy). Example provided below: 2.2  calculating derivatives using the definition <the h thing> for polynomials, rational functions, and square root functions.
 Example: Find the derivative of f(x)=x^{2} + x  4 using the limit definition of derivative.
 3.7  usubstitution can make tricky antiderivatives easier (undoes chain rule).
 Example: Calculate the antiderivative of f(x) = x^7/sqrt(x^8+5)
Final Exam Information:The Final Exam is next Tuesday, April 30. Check the room locations, they are different from Exam 1 and Exam 2!Final Exam Review Resources: Old Exams (note the format has changed from the FS14 exam, but the questions are still good review questions)
