Dan English is a Microsoft SQL Server MVP and a Principal Business Intelligence Consultant at Superior Consulting Services in Minneapolis. He has been developing with Microsoft technologies since 1996 and has focused on data warehousing and business intelligence since 2004. Dan has presented for the Minnesota SQL Server user group, the Microsoft Minnesota BI user group, Minnesota TechFuse, along with SQL Server and SharePoint Saturday events. He is also an avid blogger and tweeter.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Mankato. He is an MCITP: Business Intelligence Developer 2005 and 2008, and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence – Implementation and Maintenance and also Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 – Configuring.
Dan is the co-author of Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power View from McGraw-Hill Professional.
Brian Larson served as a member of the original Reporting Services development team as a consultant to Microsoft. In that role, he contributed to the original code base of Reporting Services. Brian is currently the Vice President of Technology for Superior Consulting Services, a Microsoft Managed Partner, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Brian has presented at national conferences and events, including the SQL Server Magazine Connections Conference, the PASS Community Summit, and the Microsoft Business Intelligence Conference, and has provided training and mentoring on business intelligence across the country. He has been a contributor and columnist for SQL Server Magazine. Brian is the author of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Reporting Services, Fourth Edition and Delivering Business Intelligence with Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Third Edition, and co-author of Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power View, all from McGraw-Hill Professional.
