Chocolate Chocolate-Chip and Peanut Butter Muffins


Makes: 12 muffins

Bake Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup best quality cocoa powder
1 cup superfine sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
Start with whisking your flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt together in a large mixing bowl and mix until combined. Combine your milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl. Pour your wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined. Meanwhile, roughly chop your chocolate bar and add your chocolate and peanut butter chips to your batter. Mix until combined. Line your muffin pan with tins and fill 3/4 full with batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Transfer to a cooling rack and serve.

*Careful not to over bake- they will dry out if left in the oven for too long.
