1 package of mini bagels (fresh not frozen)
1 cup homemade tomato sauce
1 cup of shredded cheese (ex. mozzarella, cheddar, monterey jack cheese)
1/4 cup diced pepperoni
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees and lining a baking sheet with tin foil. Cut your mini bagels in half and spread them evenly onto your baking sheet. Then spoon a few tablespoons of tomato sauce over each bagel half. Sprinkle with your choice of cheese. Finely dice some pepperoni and finish by spreading it over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until your cheese begins to brown.
