A FREE COMMUNITY EVENT

Party at the Pond was established in 2015 as a vehicle for bringing people together in our small town of Acton.  Whether a visitor, or resident, the Party at the Pond and Spotlight Performing Arts celebrates kindness, acceptance and friendship while offering community-building events in the local area.

The Party at the Pond is held every Thursday evening throughout July and August.  It is a low-key event that is free to everyone. Terry Minihan from Spotlight Performing Arts scouts out and schedules talented performers who donate their time and talents.  The food that is offered at a very low cost, is provided by the members of the Circle of Hope from the Acton Congregational Church, a non-profit organization who has a passion for building community and caring for those in need.  Free youth activities are provided, at no cost, by members of our Acton community.

Proceeds donated at the Party at the Pond are used to continue community-building events and outreach in the local community.  It is our sincere wish to contribute generously to efforts such as the Acton School Backpack Program, social events for the elderly, and one day, we dream of offering free enrichment opportunities to our local youth as well as the elderly.

Thank you for your interest in Party at the Pond.  We hope to see you there on Thursday nights throughout July and August!
