Cardio is not enough. To heal and recover, the body needs low impact gentle stretching through yoga flow exercises that leaves you refreshed and limber. The missing link in your training. As time goes on, we tend to become more inflexible, eventually leading to may restrictions in our daily livesand sports.

Mondays & Wednesdays @ Paradise Community Centre, 6:00pm - 7:00 pm

Saturdays @ Paradise Community Centre 11:00 am

  • Relaxation Lunch time Yoga Flow - Recharge your batteries through gentle stretching and relaxation
