Train for Tri Clinics Level 1,2,3
 
How much time will I have to invest?
For the pre- race season (January to goal race in the summer):
6-8 hours per week, Level 1 or Level 2/3 Triathlon clinic, a run program, and twice a week bike ride.

For the post race season (September to December) training phase:
 
If you have 2-3 hours per week available, Level 1 or Level 2/3 Triathlon clinic with the main focus on swimming will suffice.
 
If you have 3-6 hours per week available, Level 1 or Level 2/3 Triathlon clinic with a 3-day running program. We can help you with a run assessment and run plan or you can pick a late year running race goal and join one of the many run groups.
 
If you have 6-8hours per week available, Level 1 or Level 2/3 Triathlon clinic, a run program, and twice a week bike ride. It does not have to be a road bike ride, a mountain bike ride will help you with your strength/hill training and is less weather dependant.
