Where to start? Selecting and starting with an appropriate training plan will be an important decision that will allow you to either attain your goal or end in injury or burnout. This plan can be either a one-on-one plan or a group-setting plan.

We can help you with your run, bike and swim form and develop an individual run/swim/bike or tri plan just for you. We also conduct training camps and skills clinics in both Canada and Europe.

Flexibility is a necessity in swimming, biking, running, and injury prevention. To heal and recover, the body needs low impact gentle stretching through yoga flow exercises that leaves you refreshed and limber.
