Training Clinics

The Tri training group is St. John's-based with a focus on training for all levels of triathlon and making triathlon a part of your cross-training and healthy lifestyle.  While the practical component is focused on swimming for triathlon, the accompanying dryland clinics deal with anything triathlon related from learning how to change a flat tire to race day nutrition and mental prepardness. Our current group is a good representation of all levels: from those training for their very first triathlon, to those who want to improve their tri skills, to those whom we will see on the podium.
