Hi! My name is Carlos Ospino and work full-time consultant at the World Bank since September 2020. Previously I worked at the Labor Markets Division of the Inter-American Development Bank. In my current role I provide analytical support for the Economists in charge of the Poverty and Equity Global Practice for the Western Balkans sub-region. I hold a Ph.D in Economics from Universidad de los Andes (2016). I completed my bachelor's degree in Economics (Class of 2002) from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar and hold a Masters Degree in Economics from Universidad de los Andes (2006). My primary areas of interests include:
