New Membership Card Information
 
SPA London are updating their membership cards and we are in the process of issuing membership cards with Photo Id and a Bar Code so that we can identify members more easily and make event administration more straightforward.
 
New Example Membership Card

In order to do this we need all members to send a passport size photograph to:

SPA London Membership Card Update

1. Please write your full name on the back of the photograph.

2. Along with your photograph please send an attached note detailing your name, address and membership number.

3. Remember to include photographs of all the members in your household.

4. Please ensure the photo you send is strictly passport size & in colour
