Orange Sports Drink 

makes 1 quart

1 cup fresh orange juice (juice from 3-4 oranges)

3 cups water

1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon coarse-grain sea salt


Combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover and refrigerate up to one week.



Cranberry Sports Drink

makes 1 quart

1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice

3 cups water

1-2 tablespoons sugar  (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon coarse-grain sea salt


Combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover and refrigerate up to one week.



Lemon-Lime Sports Drink

makes 1 quart

3/4 cup fresh lemon and/or lime juice

3 cups water

1-2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon coarse-grain sea salt


Combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover and refrigerate up to one week.



Ruby Red Sports Drink

makes 1 quart

1 cup fresh ruby red grapefruit juice

3 cups water

1-2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)

1/4 teaspoon coarse-grain sea salt


Combine all ingredients and stir well. Cover and refrigerate up to one week.
