Barbequed Ham Sandwiches

2 1/2 pounds shaved ham*

1 12-oz. bottle chili sauce

1/2 cup tomato-based barbeque sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons dry mustard

16 hamburger buns

Combine chili sauce, barbeque sauce, brown sugar and dry mustard in a medium-sized crock pot and mix well. Add ham and stir gently until combined. Heat until bubbly then reduce the crock pot setting to “warm” until ready to serve. Serve on hamburger buns.

*I usually buy a small whole ham and ask them to shave it for me in the deli – it’s always cheaper that way.
