Shamrock Cookie

INGREDIENTS:
2 packages Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough


Frosting:
1/3 cup butter, softened

3 cups confectioners' sugar
1.5 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Preheat the oven to 325°.

Flatten each package of dough onto greased cookie sheets and bake around 16-18 minutes (times will vary depending on oven).

Allow giant cookies to cool then cut both into a shamrock shape.

For icing, blend butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla and milk and beat until desired consistency. If desired, put drops green food coloring in icing and stir to your desired color.

Put a layer of icing between the two Shamrocks, then ice the top Shamrock to finish. Add sprinkles or any decorations you want.
