Brown Rice Cereal Bars

    1 cup chopped Pecans
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup peanut butter
    2 tbsp sesame seeds
    2 eggs whites
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 cups unsweetened puffs brown rice cereal

        Preheat oven to 325
Line baking pan with parchement paper, extending paper over the ends of the pan
  I used 9 in pan.(but the recipe called for 8in pan)
In a small skillet, Add agave nectar, brown sugar, peanut butter, & Seasame seeds
Cook and stir on medium heat until sugar is dissolved and all ingredients completely combined
In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites and salt until frothy
Stir in peanut butter mixture, pecans, and brown rice cereal until all incorporated and
well coated. 
Spoon mixture into prepared pan; Press firmly into pan using the back of a large spoon
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until firm and golden brown
        Let cool completely in pan. using the edges of parchement paper extended over the pan
        lift out of the pan , then proceed to cut bars into squares. 
        These will last for 2 days if stored in any air tight container.
