This is the Southern Crab Nebula otherwise known as Hen2 - 104 or Herithwock 137-80. It is considered the "Southern" Crab Nebula because there is already a Crab Nebula in the north.

This is a pair of aging stars that are a  white dwarf and a red giant.

Its stars are encircled by a nebula.

Each star is about the same mass as our sun.

It's key feature is its hourglass inside of an hourglass look.

There is no relative information based on how old or when it was created.

It is at the center of the constellation Centaurus.
