Sound Company has been invited to perform at Carnegie Hall in NYC on June 11, 2017 (cost per person and exact dates TDB). Extra rehearsal for those participating will be scheduled.

    Concert with the Swiss Choir
    Sound Company will be hosting a show choir from Switzerland in April, cumulating with a joint concert on April 15, 2012 at 3:00 pm. 

    Titanic 100th Anniversary Memorial Tribute:
    Titanic_Tribute
    April 14, 2012  at Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge, TN at 8:30 pm. ETC and Seniors, joined by the visiting Swiss choir will perform a song during this somber memorial. Our singers represent the children from all over the word that we on the Titanic. {Performers looking to more information, check the Announcements page.}



    Knoxville Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concerts: 
    The Sound Company will join the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, the Knoxville Choral Society, and other special guests, including Hallerin Hilton Hill, to present traditional and contemporary holiday music under the direction of Lucas Richman.

    The concerts will be held at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium.

    Brundibar: 
    ETC, the middle-school aged Sound Company group, will present this children’s opera in conjunction with the Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Dan Allcott. The opera was originally performed by children of Theresienstadt concentration camp in occupied Czechoslovakia in 1943. The thinly veiled plot concerns a bully eventually overthrown through song.

    Brundibar will be presented on at the Oak Ridge High School auditorium on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at 8 p.m. Tickets cost $25 for adults and $8 for children. Please go to the Oak Ridge Civic Music Association Web site, www.orcma.org, for more information, or call them at (865) 483-5569.
