Capitol Hill Lacrosse offers a fall and spring lacrosse program for boys and girls ages 5-8. No experience is necessary. Please note the change of age range from prior sessions. Practice sessions are on Sundays. Sticks are provided to those in need. Players will receive a Capitol Hill Lacrosse pinnie to keep.
David Wolfel is the commissioner and directs sessions with the assistance from a number of coaches, older players, parent and community volunteers. We are always looking for new volunteer coaches and your support is appreciated. No experience is necessary, just the desire to have a good time with a great bunch of kids on Sunday afternoons. Lacrosse Spring 2017
Capitol Hill Lacrosse is returning to its original format of clinic instruction (skills focused) and scrimmaging without full equipment. Those who want to participate in full equipment practices are strongly encouraged to participate in the WINNERS lacrosse program. The SOTH spring season will feature one practice per week on Sunday afternoons.
Register here for the spring 2017 season only. Those registered last fall for the fall and spring season are covered for the spring season. Scholarship is offered as an option at registration.
Spring 2017 Schedule
Practice dates are
Sundays 3/26 - 5/21 including Mother's Day Sunday but excluding Easter Sunday 4/16.
Sunday practice location: Kingsman Field, 13th x D St. NE.
Time: Boys 5 - 8: 3 - 4 pm, Girls 5 - 8: 430 - 530 pm.
Equipment: mouthpiece is required for teeth protection.
