SOTH Lacrosse

Capitol Hill Lacrosse offers a fall and spring lacrosse program for boys and girls ages 5-8. No experience is necessary.  Practice sessions are on Sundays.  Sticks are provided to those in need.  Players will receive a Capitol Hill Lacrosse pinnie to keep.

A program for 11-14 girls is also offered for the fall, some experience preferred but beginners are welcome.

The program will be th usual format of clinic instruction (skills focused) and light scrimmaging which is without full equipment (helmet, arms pads & gloves) for boys. Those who want to participate in full equipment practices are strongly encouraged to participate in the WINNERS, http://www.winnerslacrosse.org/#welcomewinners or PG Pride, http://www.pgpridelax.org/site/ lacrosse programs.

David Wolfel is the commissioner and directs sessions with the assistance from a number of coaches, older players, parent and community volunteers.  We are always looking for new volunteer coaches and your support is appreciated. No experience is necessary, just the desire to have a good time with a great bunch of kids on Sunday afternoons. If interested, please contact David Wolfel at contact information below.
