Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas


½ to 1 pound sugar snap peas

½  teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil


Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add in sugar snap peas, salt and black pepper.

Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.

Serves 2 to 4.
