Red Wine Vinaigrette


¼ cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 garlic clove, minced

2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.

You may also place all ingredients in a glass jar with a screw-on lid.  Tighten lid and shake it up before serving.

Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days if not serving immediately.
