4 center cut pork chops
½ to 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
½ to 1 cup flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic, granulated (or powder)
2 tablespoons olive oil
In a small bowl, beat egg.
In another small bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper and garlic.
In a third small bowl, add bread crumbs.
Dip each pork chop in seasoned flour mixture. Shake lightly to remove any excess flour.
Next, dip floured pork chop in beaten egg.
Lastly, dip pork chop in bread crumbs to coat evenly on both sides.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place coated pork chops in skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
