Coconut Chia Pudding


1 cup coconut milk

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup agave or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla



In a small bowl or container (I used a mason jar), combine all ingredients. 

Stir well.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours. 

Serve cold, enjoy!
