LIMES After-School Program

Started by Ann Hopkins in 2003, the Limes After-School Program is a wonderful program designed to help underprivileged kids in the area by helping them with homework, providing a snack, playing games and simply giving them the love and attention some of them don't receive otherwise. We meet Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Wednesday at the Limes Pre-School yard from 3-5pm. We need all the volunteers we can get. Sometimes we can have upwards of 40 children! The more volunteers we have, the more organized and controlled it can be, and the more individual attention we can give to each child. Come out and join us and see what it's all about. I know these kids will steal your heart, like they have stolen ours. E-mail us with any questions!

The Limes After School Program takes place in the Limes neighborhood across the street and down the road from the Excel Plaza in Grand Anse. We meet at the Rubis gas station on Maurice Bishop highway around 2:45 p.m. and walk, as a group, to the location. Hope to see you there!
