KOTO - was our guest speaker at Rotary Club Eastern Seaboard Pattaya RCES last Thursday 5th September. KOTO have among other things cleaned the beach of Jomtien for over 12 years and in the same time taking care of countless homeless people and stray dogs. He recently got the award by Central Ideal Award 2013 for most outstanding foreigner in Thailand. KOTO (Keeper of the Ocean) after a short presentation answered our members and guest questions in a emphatic and mesmerizing manner and convinced them to contribute with their personal behaviour to cleaner beaches and to help save the sea and it's animals. — at Siam Bayshore Resort & Spa, Pattaya.
