Welcome to the Min Research Group!
Our group focuses on both fundamental principles and applications of photoelectrochemistry regarding solar energy conversion devices. Inspired by nature, the current research projects target the fabrication of highly efficient inorganic thin-film solar cells (e.g. CIGS and CZTS) by solution processes, the synthesis of semiconductor nanomaterials and electrocatalysts for artificial photosynthesis (i.g. water splitting and CO2 reduction), and integration of each component to develop solar-fuel devices.
