Welcome to Min Research Group!

Our group studies the fundamental principle and application of photovoltaics or photoelectrochemistry devices. Inspired by nature, current research projects target the development of highly efficient and cost-effective inorganic thin-film solar cells (e.g. CIGS and CZTS) via solution processing, the synthesis of semiconductor nanomaterials and electrocatalysts for artificial photosynthesis (e.g. water splitting and CO₂ reduction), and integration of each component to develop solar-fuel devices.
