I am an Assistant Professor of Economics based at Loughborough University, UK. I am also associated with the Centre for Public Policy, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Institute of Labor Economics (IZA) in Bonn, Global Action for Policy (GAP) Initiative at Northeastern University, and J-PAL as an Invited Researcher.

I received a Ph.D. in Quantitative Economics from the Economics and Planning Unit of Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi and have held academic positions at various institutions including London School of Economics, University of Goettingen, and University of Warwick. 

My research interests are in Economics of Education, Development Economics, Labour Economics, and Political Economy. Currently, I serve as an Associate Editor with Economics of Education Review and an Assistant Data Editor with Economic Inquiry.
