I am an Assistant Professor of Economics currently based at Loughborough University, UK. I am also associated with the Centre for Public Policy, Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, Institute of Labor Economics (IZA) in Bonn, and Global Action for Policy (GAP) Initiative at Northeastern University.
I received a Ph.D. in Quantitative Economics from the Economics and Planning Unit of Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi and have held academic positions at various institutions including London School of Economics and University of Goettingen.
My research interests are in Economics of Education, Development Economics, Labour Economics, and Political Economy.
