Girls Pre-Season Events: Speed Training | Fitness | Tryouts

Speed Training:

These sessions are Monday thru Thursday.  Times are either from 2:35 - 3:15 or 3:20 - 4:00.  These aren't mandatory but highly recommended especially with our fitness sessions to start in early January.  Also a good way to get a step up on your fitness.

Fitness Sessions:

Begin Tuesday, January 7th.  Times will be 5:00 - 6:30.  We have moved the sessions around this year to accommodate all the club soccer practices so each player should be able to attend.  These sessions will be held at the Tartoni Center weight room and track.  The dates are listed below:

I also have the Turf field at the West Campus, so we may split time between the 2 sites on certain nights.  I'll let everyone know when we do that.

Tryouts:

Tryouts will be held starting March 9th.  These will be held in the Tartoni Center gymnasium from 5:00 - 8:30.  They will last through Thursday March 12th.  Times for each session will be posted later.  I have also reserved the new Mundy Sports Plex for Tuesday and Wednesday of tryout week from 2:45 - 4:00, so some of you may be asked to participate over there as well.
Everyone must have a physical on file in the athletic office to tryout.  If you have participated in another sport this school year, your physical will already be on file.  If not, please get this done before March 9th if you are planning on trying out.
