Soar Vermont is an organization dedicated to the development of glider pilots in the State of Vermont.  It was established in 2013 as a consortium of the four gliding sites in the state: Warren-Sugarbush, Morrisville-Stowe, Post Mills, and Springfield.

The mission has evolved in recent years, and during past encampments, participants from throughout the Northeast region and beyond have attended.

Our founder, Guy Rouelle, set the consortium's core mission as the administration of the annual CFI-G Encampment, in collaboration with area clubs, the Civil Air Patrol, and Vermont Aeronautics.
