(November 11, 2025) On November 11, Chris Welch, Director of the Judy Center visited the Rotary Club of Snow Hill. The Judy Center is an early learning hub that works to improve the quality of life for families in the community by helping prepare children through kindergarten for school readiness. Chris recently took over leadership of at the Snow Hill facility after several years as the Principal at Buckingham Elementary School in Berlin.

The Judy Center is involved in a wide range of services and events from community outreach to parenting programs. Volunteers are welcome to participate in the Reading Buddies program.
