About Myself..

Hi, my name is Sneha Chede and I am a post doctoral research fellow at Center of Membrane Sciences in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering of University of Kentucky, USA. I earned my doctoral degree from the Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering of University of Toledo, USA in Fall 2015. I received my bachelor's degree in 2010 in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly, UDCT) in Mumbai, India.

I am currently working in the area of polymeric membrane development and characterization. I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Dr. Isabel Escobar. In our research group, we focus on the development of polymeric membranes for water and waste water treatment which includes post synthesis modifications, process development, novel membrane materials and formation of dynamic membranes.
