Snarl <3's Growl...

We love Growl - but we love getting Growl notifications onto your Windows PC even more.  And that's why Snarl will support the GNTP (Growl Notification Transport Protocol) in the forthcoming 2.4 release.

The code is already in place to support application registering, notification type creation and notification display (with callbacks).  We've also added a little (approved but not yet officially accepted) extra sprinkling to the GNTP specification as well: if your application registers with zero notification types, Snarl treats that as a request to unregister.
