Five Super Vegan Smoothies

Full of vitamins and minerals, these fruit and vegetable-packed smoothies will set you up for the day !

1.Spinach, Pear, and Kiwi ( or Super Green )  A handful and spinach, one pear chopped and 2 kiwis - make up with Coconut or Apple Juice.

2. One Banana, A handful of chopped Strawberries and Spinach - One banana, A handful of chopped strawberries and handful of spinach.  Soya Yoghurt

3.One Clementine, One Banana and One Mango mixed with coconut milk 

4.One Banana, 3 Pineapple Slices, One Orange and 1/2 spoon of ginger blend with Oat Milk.

5. Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry and Almond milk 

These are favourites in our house and the easiest thing to do is make them all one weekend and pop them in freezer bags and then take they as you need them.
