숙명여자대학교 생명시스템학과 유전체 항상성 연구실은 Genome Maintenance (유전체 안정성)과 Tumorigenesis 세부 기전을 인간 질병모델을 이용하여 연구하고 있습니다. 최신의 세포생물학, 생화학, 유전학 및 분자생물학의 기법을 가지고 이미 잘 알려진 Human Cancer Cell line을 비롯하여 유전질환을 앓고 있는 환자로 부터 공여받은 세포를 이용하여 인간세포가 어떻게 수없이 많은 DNA damage로 부터 인간의 유전자를 안전하게 유지하는지 연구합니다.
