Key West Cajun Shrimp

1 lb Key West Pink Shrimp, shell on

About 1 tsp. Spanish smoked paprika

1 Tbs. Penzey’s Cajun seasoning

1 Tbs. Garlic chives

Dried garlic flakes or chopped fresh

Coarse salt & cracked black pepper to taste

Lime juice

Olive oil

Garlic butter

 

Thaw shrimp if frozen, rinse. Place in a dish, drizzle olive oil over, add all the seasonings & stir. Cover & marinate a couple of hrs. I used bottled lime juice, if using fresh I would say juice of one lime. If doing on a smoker set temp to 225 deg & do for 20 to 30 min. You can do them on skewers, on a perforated grill pan, or directly on the grill. Stir or turn half way through. In a skillet on the stove top, med high heat for 8 to 10 min.
