Don's TexMex Corn Pudding

1 can creamed corn

1 can corn, drained or like amount frozen corn

1 can 4 oz mild, or hot chopped green chiles

½ cup milk or half & half

2 eggs beaten

1 TBS flour

½ cup crushed crackers

Cumin to taste

4 pats of butter


Mix all together & pour into an oiled casserole dish, dot with the 4 pats of butter pushing down into the corn mix. Bake uncovered at 350 deg  45 min to 1 hr. until edges brown a little & center is set.

Note: would also be great with fresh corn, 4 cups cut from the cob & scraped.
