The Yealogger runs native on the Mac OS X (Snow Leopard) 10.6.Contacts (QSO) Log Storage
The YeaLogger employes SQLite data base to store and maintain the QSO logs. The logs are stored at following location:~/Libreries/Application Support/YeaLogger/
Contest Country File (CTY.DAT)
In order to present to the user country and zone information the YeaLogger (YL) uses data from Contest Country file CTY.DAT. The YL is always distributet with the newest Contest Country File available att the packiging moment.The Contest Country files are regulary updated before anual big contests. The user can easy update the CTY.DAT by downloading it from this location:
http://www.country-files.com/cty/
and by replacing the current CTY.DAT in use.
The YL keeps the CTY.DAT att the following location:
~/Libreries/Application Support/YeaLogger/
The YeaLogger employes the Mac OS X Address Book application for printing the labels.
The YL exports the selected QSO's labels in VCard format but it automatically lunch the Address Book application, imports the QSL labels and starts the print dialog process in a single operation.
Note that the user is self responsible to perform additional actions to complete the process:
In the Print dialog sheet please select Address Book with Mailing labels style
Before printing the user is able to modify or change the label format by entering the Layout sub menu.
Post printing Action:
The user is responsible to remove the imported QSL labels.The easiest way is to remove them directly from Last Imported folder
