Here are the details of the Girl's State Basketball Tournament on Thursday, March 17, 2016.
The Sleepy Eye Public School girls basketball team got a random draw spot and will play Mountain Iron Buhl at 3:00pm on Thursday, March 17th at Mariucci Arena on the U of Minnesota Campus.

 School will be closed on Thursday, March 17th so that people can get to the game in advance. Let's all go to the game and show our Sleepy Eye Pride and cheer our Lady Indians onto another victory!

 This exciting time for our school, our community and our Sleepy Eye Indians Girl's Basketball team and coaches.

Our Mission Statement

The Sleepy Eye Basketball Boosters, a non-profit basketball organization, is committed to creating a quality basketball experience for youth; regardless of race, color, gender, creed, or national origin, in grades K – 12, and to help take some of the financial burden off of families.

Our mission is to teach all athletes to play basketball at a higher level while reinforcing self-confidence and self-esteem on and off of the court. We are dedicated to motivate each member while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun through the game of basketball with the guidance of positive adult influences.



Past Accomplishments:

The Sleepy Eye Basketball Boosters was able to contribute money toward the boys and girls basketball program,   while providing an opportunity for youth in grades K – 12 to play in over 100 additional games over and above what was provided by the school. 

The Sleepy Eye Basketball Boosters provides an opportunity for families to come together and work as a team to build positive basketball spirit at SEPS and unity among parents.
