SLD AVOCAT is a French business law firm created in 2006 by Sophie Lespine-Djaoui, Attorney at Law and member of the Paris Bar, trained in the Paris' best international business law firms.

Prior to establishing her own business law firm in 2006, Sophie Lespine-Djaoui was a senior associate of PAUL HASTINGS Paris business law firm, which she joined in 2001 and where she provided during five years (2001-2006) legal and tax assistance to French and international financial institutions and companies.

Sophie Lespine-Djaoui has also spent three years (1998-2001) with LANDWELL Paris business law firm (affiliated with PwC) as a junior associate, working for various clients in the food, pharmaceutical, hotel and luxury industries.

She began her career in 1996 with various internships in prestigious Paris offices' business law firms; JEANTET, GIDE LOYRETTE NOUEL, COOPERS & LYBRAND, CMS BUREAU FRANCIS LEFEBVRE and PRICE WATERHOUSE

Sophie Lespine-Djaoui graduated in 1996 from PARIS I SORBONNE University with a Degree in Business Law ("Maîtrise en Droit des Affaires"). She received her First Postgraduate Degree in Business and Tax Law ("D.E.S.S. Droit des Affaires et Fiscalité") in 1997 from PARIS I SORBONNE University and her Second Postgraduate Degree in International Tax Law ("D.E.S.S. Fiscalité Internationale") in 1998 from PARIS II ASSAS University and H.E.C. School of Management.

She is also graduated from the Business Law Institute of PARIS II ASSAS University and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998.
