Welcome to the official site of the Slash Project, home of Slash, an exciting extension of MIT Media Lab's Scratch programming language and runtime environment, based on Squeak Smalltalk. You will need to install Scratch first if you use Scratch on Linux*, as there is no complete package of Slash for Linux at this time.

Slash is based on Scratch from the MIT Media Laboratory
.  For more information about Scratch visit http://scratch.mit.edu.

*Linux support is limited to Ubuntu and other Debian-based distributions.  Please see the Scratch project's page about Scratch on Linux for more information.
