It is almost time for students to request their courses for next school year! Counselors will be presenting information about the Course Selection Process in classrooms during the week of March 24th. The PowerPoint presentations, course selection forms, and other information about the course selection process are available for families by selecting Academics - Course Selection 2014-2015 located on the Skyline High School website. We encourage all families to review the Course Catalog as part of the Course Selection Process. When students choose a course, they are committing to completing the course in its entirety to the best of their ability.
Counselors will be available for student questions in the commons during both lunches March 27th and March 28. A few counselors will be also available on Friday, March 28th, in the computer lab to answer questions and assist students in entering their course selection into the computer. Students should turn in their course selection paperwork to their Social Studies teacher and enter their requests in Student Access by Friday, March 28 at 11:59 p.m. Families will be able to view only their course requests to ensure accuracy on April 16, 17, and 18. If changes need to be made, course request change forms can be downloaded from the counseling website or picked up in the counseling office. Request change forms are due in the counseling office by Friday, April 18.
