I am a postdoc in Janneke Hille Ris Lamber's lab at the University of Washington - Seattle.  Broadly speaking, my research focuses on understanding factors controlling species' population dynamics, distributions, and responses to global climate change.  Currently, I am studying how climate and competition interact to drive the population dynamics of several conifers on Mt. Rainier, how species population dynamics and distributions are likely to shift with shifts in climate, and how the method of introduction (e.g., number of introductions and application of management) as well as environmental factors affect the likelihood of population establishment using a meta-analysis.
