Vegetable beef soup

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can veg-all vegetables
  • 1/2 cup okra
  • (insert favorite vegetables here)
  • 1/2 cup uncooked elbow noodles
  • Vegetable juice or V8 juice to your juiciness
  • Salt and peper to taste
  • Favorite seasonings to taste
  1. Brown and season your ground beef with salt and pepper in a large pot.
  2. Boil your pasta acording to the directions on the package.
  3. Add Vegetable juice to your meat. I don't measure this, I just add until I get to a good amount of liquid to match my ingredients.
  4. Add your vegetables to the pot, stir and season to your liking.
  5. Cover and let simmer for about an hour. Serve with bread or a yummy grilled cheese sandwich.
As you can see I really don't have a recipe. I just add my favorite vegetables or whatever I have in my refridgerator that needs to be used, season really, really good and let it simmer for about an hour.
