Fried Cabbage - skinny style

You will need:

1/2 head of cabbage shredded

3 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Directions:

1. Shred your cabbage like you would lettuce.

2. Heat oil in skillet.

3. Toss in cabbage,salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.

4. Toss in olive oil until tender, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat immediately.
