Chicken and Rice Tacos with Black Beans

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3)
8 corn tortilla shells
2 tablespoons taco seasoning or prefered seasonings
1 (8-oz) pouch pre-cooked Uncle Ben's Santa Fe rice or brown rice
1 can seasoned black beans
1/4 cup mild salsa

  1. Soft fry corn tortilla shells in olive oil spray.
  2. Season chicken and cook through.
  3. Cook rice according to package.
  4. Warm beans in a pot on the stove.
  5. Slice chicken thinly. Fill taco shells with rice, black beans, chicken, and salsa. Serve.
