White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip~

Adapted from Crazy for Crust

8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature

1 box (3.4 ounce) Jello cheesecake instant pudding and pie filling

1/2 cup powdered sugar

3 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the pudding mix (dry), powdered sugar and white chocolate and beat till combined. Add vanilla and milk and mix till well blended. May add a bit more milk if you prefer a thinner dip.

To serve, bring to room temperature. Serve with fruit or cookies. Store in refrigerator.
