Sun-dried Tomato Dip~

Sun-dried tomato Dip (adapted from The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook)

1/4 c sun-dried tomatoes, in oil, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, at room temp
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayo
10 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 t kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
2 scallions, thinly sliced
Puree the tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, Tabasco, salt and pepper in food processor.  Add the scallions and pulse twice.  Serve with  fresh vegetables.
