Adapted from a recipe from my friend, Danielle
1 cup flour
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cups miniature chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 large (4.4 ounce) Hershey bar, each segment chopped into 4-5 pieces
Preheat oven to 375º. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
a large bowl beat together the
butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add the egg,
beating well. Slowly mix in the flour, graham cracker crumbs, salt and
baking soda until incorporated.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie
Bake for 5 minutes, and remove from
the oven. Push 3 to 4 marshmallows and a few pieces of Hershey bar into
each cookies. Return to the oven and bake an additional 7+ minutes
until fully cooked. Cool cookies.
Makes 2 dozen.
