Magic Raspberry Cookie Bars...adapted from a Kellogg's recipe
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cut chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Mix to combine. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes
Mix coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Spread on top of graham cracker crust. Spoon jam over top. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or just till golden brown. Cool, cut and serve.
