Adapted from Rhodes Bread Dough recipe...
1 loaf Rhodes frozen sweet dough, thawed (I can't find the sweet dough locally, so use white bread dough)
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 t lemon juice
Roll dough to 14 x 8 rectangle. Spread filling (above ingredients softened and whipped) on top. Roll up dough as if making cinnamon rolls. Seal ends together to make ring. Make cuts every 1 1/2 inches or so...about 3/4+ of the way through the ring (from outside towards the middle). Twist each ring on its side so that filling shows.
Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Glaze when cool...1 c powdered sugar, 1 T soft butter, 1/2 t vanilla, 1 T milk
(I put in a ziplock and cut the corner off...drizzle over tea ring).
