Corn on the Cob with Lime Chive Butter~

Corn on the Cob with Lime Chive Butter...adapted from Bon Appetit

1 stick butter at room temperature
1/3 cup finely chopped chives
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
sea salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
Pinch of cayenne pepper

8 ears of corn

Mix all ingredients except corn. Steam, boil or grill corn to desired doneness. Drain and serve with the lime chive butter.
